Principal Insurance boost Masters Pre-Injection awards

Having recently announced that BMW Motorrad will sponsor Channel 4 television coverage of the final rounds of the Masters Superbike Championship, preparations for the October 1st & 2nd Championship Finale have been given a further boost by Pre-Injection class sponsors Principal Insurance.

Having become a partner with the Championship for the first time at the start of 2016 Principal will celebrate the success of their involvement with the series by putting up some bonus awards for the final Pre-Injection race of the season.

Courtesy of the Motorcycle Insurance specialists, the winner of Pre-Injection round fifteen, the final race of the season, will have their entry fee returned. The second and third placed riders will receive a portion of their entry fee while there will also be a bonus of €50 for fastest lap of the weekend.

The Pre-Injection championship is the biggest supporting class on the Masters Superbike Championship package. The class is a fantastic way for riders to get an introduction to Motorcycle Racing as it offers a chance to race machinery which is close to the performance of a full Supersport Race bike, at a fraction of the cost.

Having produced some quality racing over the course of the year the championship is set for an exciting climax as four riders, James McKenna, Kevin Dempsey, Stephen Doyle and reigning champion Paul McCrea, will all arrive at Mondello Park with a chance of lifting the title. The addition of the extra incentive from the class sponsor should make for an exciting weekend of Pre-Injection racing.

Tickets for the Masters Championship finale are available to buy on-line at reduced prices. For information seewww.masterssuperbike.ie.
