Meet the Riders - Dave Butler


One of the nicest pilots from the paddock is Mr Dave Butler. As comical as he is off the bike, all that disappears when the start light go out.

First motorbike memory: Sitting on the wall in Fore Village back in the 80’s eatin sambos as the bikes were racing by

Favourite track: Oulton Park\Cadwell Park

Best result: Irish Champion 2012/ Thundersport GB 2013

Ambition or goal: TT/Manx Grand Prix, race at Daytona, New Zealand Road Races

Advice for new competitors: Easy… Have fun, don’t force it your time will come

Motorcycle hero: Has to be Joey, along with many others



Moto GP v WSBK: Moto Gp for Technological reasons. WSB/WSS for racing

Valentino or Casey: Both, for different reasons…

Money no object motorcycle: Britten or KR3 2-Stroke
